Rachael Brown

With a decade of communications experience across startups, scale-ups, venture capital and big tech, Rachael is motivated by raising the profile of technology companies shaping the world.

She previously co-founded strategic communications agency O'Hear & Co with ex-TechCrunch veteran Steve O'Hear, partnering with leading businesses across Europe, the US and the Middle East.

‍

Before that, she worked at Zapp, one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies (Sifted), where she scaled the Strategy and Communications department across multiple markets. She also worked in Communications at Google, contributing to initiatives from public health tools during the pandemic to accessibility technology.

In her free time, she learns Spanish, goes to gigs, hikes and skis, and catches sunrises whenever possible.
